Post JAM version 1b

Just a minor update to the Game post game jam.

Some tweaks and fixes:

1.  Raptor shots continue to exist after hitting enemies.
2. Extra room with raptors for final level.
3. Raptors call other raptors when they spot the player.
4. Hit FX and Sfx to better show when shots hit enemies.
