Update to game based on player feedback

Solar Tycoon was a Ludum Dare game made over a couple of days and it had issues so I worked on it some more and then just got distracted and wandered off to other projects.

However it has been noted that the game was left in an unwinnable state so I have released an updated version that is now winnable (I play tested it).

Note this does not improve the games UI or tutorial.

Hint: The Free toggle now should work so that Free installs will provide you with money from the energy they make and none Free installs will be paid for in full when the job is completed.
