Your ship is caught in a black hole's gravity well. Below you, something else is caught too: a vast alien derelict that doesn't fall.

Inverse Square is a short 1-bit horror game in three parts. Your only tools are a torch, three flares and a tracker. Light fades with the square of the distance, and in this place light does strange things:

I. The Airlock. Things move only when you aren't looking at them. II. The Ribs. Here, light is food. Feed it to open the way, but something hungry is feeding too. III. The Memory. It keeps what the dark takes, including a copy of you.

Plays on phones (touch controls) and desktop (keyboard and mouse). About 15–25 minutes. Progress saves automatically.
